We maintain a database of tariffs of each and every task being carried out in the dry docks. We make sure that the pricing of each particular job order is consistent with the regional price limits.

Following are our duties before and during drydocking: To help you decide which dry dock meets your vessel's particular needs. To work with the shipboard crew and/or superintendent to prepare the dry dock plan. Contact manufacturers in order to get required spares as necessary. Get quotations for each job order individually. Negotiate each quotation individually prior to commencing the work. Advise which workshop is to carry out each particular task.

Filter job orders that should be done by external workshops and to get new quotations. Get required approvals from the ship superintendent and/or head office as necessary. Procure materials/supplies from the local market at the exact cost. Monitor the various jobs while being carried out to avoid human mistakes. Make sure that the safety measures are being abode by. Make sure that the necessary precautions are being taken before starting any job.

Make sure that the quality assurance is being implemented. Arrange class surveyors attendance to get proper certification, credits, approvals, etc... Provide liability advice in the unlikely event of human errors.

We charge our fees according to the gross tonnage of the vessel:

G.T. Less Than 1,000 tonnes: $300/day

G.T. 1,000 - 100,000 tonnes: $400/day

G.T. More Than 100,000 tonnes: $500/day
